Tight Hamstrings

by Kim

Thanks for the great website! I've always known that I had tight hamstrings but I didn't consider that had anything to do with my lower back pain. I'm tight everywhere! I need to do all the stretches you've got on here. Knowing I'm a tensegrity structure is such an interesting idea. And it makes A LOT of sense. I'm looking forward to seeing all the new videos. I signed up for you newsletter too. Great site!

Back Recovery
by: cathie

5 mmonths ago I had L5 S1 disc rupture repair. I have had ups and downs since the operation. My sciatica pain is gone but I now am experiencing hip and ankle pain. I fear something new is going on. I have done PT and chiropratic care. I have decided its up to me to get well. Hence I found your website. 5 stars for sure! I have been doing alot of differant stretches for hamstrings, hip flexors etc... I will be adding some of your whole body work. I will be in touch thru my recovery. Thank you for your website.

Tensegrity
by: Sally

Hi Kim,

I agree it's amazing to suddenly see yourself as a tensegrity structure. Now I can't get it out of my head that I'm walking around and everything's pulling on everything else. I need to do all the stretches regularly too. Good luck!
